When Elden Ring launched, the PS4 version was the best version to play cus it was the least buggy

Nintendo rules Japan and the 8 year old Switch 1 was selling just as well as the 4 year old PS5 in America

It would be foolish to not have it on Switch 2. Especially with how expensive these AAA games are. They want and need to recoup all the sales they can

Dark Souls was a great port on Switch. I could see Elden Ring for sure. It's a cross gen game anyways and pretty much the same engine.

Bandai Namco are pretty big partners with Nintendo.

They’ve help Nintendo make Smash Ultimate, Mario Kart 8 / 8 Deluxe, Arms, Pokken Tournament and New Pokemon Snap

Both Tekken 8 and Elden Ring are Bandai Namco. So I def won’t be shocked if Nintendo went to them and asked to port those games to Switch 2

Plus Bandai Namco have set up a studio specially to make games / port games to Switch 2

3rd party support is gonna be absolutely insane and beautiful

Only major issue i have is the audio, but visually its actually the best version. The community hates the remastered changes on the art direction and switch doesnt have them. I hope that a potential switch 2 patch only adds 60fps and better audio, without ruining the aesthetics

And speaking of from soft, Nintendo showed a graphic with the 3rd parties they plan to strengthen their relationship with and from was there, so i think they'll try and get all their games. Nintendo has gained a lot of third party support over the years as switch has proved its overwhelming success, and of course they made a lot of money from them, and they want to make even more so it only makes sense
