This thing would've been a stellar show if not for the insane prices. I can get behind the 470€ for the console, i didnt expect this to feature HDR and 120fps support, but the games are too much. And the fact physical cost 10€ more than digital is crazy for a platform that sells majority of its software physically, plus the main demographic being kids. I hope they go through a 3ds situation and lower price for everything, because in this economy i cant see a family or a casual buying a 470€ console and 80-90€ game.

As much as Mario Kart is a classic franchise and generally enjoyable, I don't feel like I need a Switch 2 at launch (although I most likely will get it anyways). I don't really care about Donkey Kong either. When I see a new 3D Zelda or 3D Mario or Splatoon, we can talk more about needs.

To be more positive, im happy for 120fps and HDR support geniunely did not expect this even with all the leaks, mario kart is incredible and could be the definitive racing game, hyrule warriors was unexepcted and if canon could be great, kirby air ride 2 from f***ing sakurai is bonkers, a new miyazaki pvpve bloodborne spiritual sequel is the most insane announcement of the year easily and past years too probably, and 3D donkey kong to me is more exciting than a 3D Mario, with the odyssey team working on it too seemingly. Also liked daemon x machina 2, looked way better than the first one, and im happy they truly are doing upgrade patches for switch 1 games

True, but last gen i could play 99.9% of switch games for 60€ while PS4 games were 70€ and ps5 80€. I thought this would've been the generation of 70€ games, its so disappointing

They can't because unfortunately there were a lot of people dumb enough to buy Gen 9 despite it literally being a broken and ugly looking mess of a game Gotta keep coming out with some support for it.
