Bonney’s timeline when you piece it with concurrent things:
-Ginny was kidnapped two years before the Grey Terminal Fire. When Sabo "died" .
-Bonney was born the same year as the fire. Ace and Sabo were 10, Luffy was 7.
-Kuma quit the Rev some time between then and when Bonney was 5.
-Kuma became King when Bonney was 7. He took Bonney to see Vegapunk when she was 8. At this point Ace has already left at the age of 17.
-They stayed on Egghead for 6 months and then Bonney was to be on Sorbet for another year. Luffy is now 16 and Ace is 19 and Bonney is 9.
-Kuma would be finished becoming a cyborg 6 months for then, which at the same time the story starts and Luffy is 17.
The timeline is funny since Oda is specifying right now, but I think you're either right on the mark or just a year ahead. Ace is on WB's ship means he's already been to Wano, and we know he went to Wano a year into his own journey.
When he sailed off he was 17 (Luffy was 14), so a year into his journey he would be 18 (Luffy would be 15). So this is about 1-2 years before Romance Dawn, 3-4 years before the current story, Luffy is 15/16, Bonney is 8/9.

Just goin by tcb translation but I can imagine its something like the imaginary future or maybe pussible future. Fellas were pointing out odas "in a future were things went wrong" illustrations. Seems like its part of her power to choose not just the age but like the actual future version of a person
Taking things further maybe its also bringing out the worst case or best case futures where the persons dream came true. If her dream was to meet Nika then maybe it came true with meeting Luffy in gear 5 and thats how she gained the powers (so like borrowed it from the future). Although thats a far stretch Ig. Maybe if she used this version of her fruit on zoro she could bring out 5 sword style zoro for exmaple

Atp is there really a difference? The body would indicate a Buccaneer but it could just as well be Nika with the top half being inflated.

How could it be a future as a Bucc tho? Kuma not her father and far as we know he's the only survivor from that bloodline. Unless it some alternate universe ass fruit and one where Kuma is her daddy, but that seems farfetched.
