F*** that s*** man. Once I cut out fast food like Popeyes, McDonald's, chic fil a, chipotle etc I've never felt better. That's not even mentioning cost. Fast food used to be food for the working class. Something cheap that maybe wasn't the most nutritious but you were getting good value for decent quality

Nowadays it's all just overpriced garbage. It's not even worth it even for the convenience aspect. You're better off just getting a protein bar or a pre packaged salad if you're looking for something cheap and relatively nutritious
