The trailers etc. should be in 60 FPS after the live stream is over. Now dunno if they mean both Twitch and YouTube but we'll have to see what's going to happen soon. This is weird though as they do usually stream in 1080p @ 60 FPS at least and I believe they have tried to stream in 4K as well on YouTube.
