If they do have the marketing rights they would not show Xbox’s logo but only theirs

The logo was seen in the background of a developers picture in WB Montreal’s building and they are the people making the game

The playback bar or whatever you call it is visible which makes it seem more authentic because when you pause a video it should look like that
