of course theyre not gonna be maximizing the hardware this happens every f***ing time
not even a matter of maximizing the hardware
from ps3 to ps4 we clearly saw the next gen graphics and improvements with the launch titles
Infamous Second Son looked ridiculous and was a MASSIVE leap from PS3 games
every single game looked like a PS4 game with the exception of R&C and Horizon 2 and the one game that's slated for 2022
RE8 looked next gen too but it was running at 15 fps lmaoo

They're still making big bucks off GTA online tbh I'm not surprised. Plus if they're taking their time to develop a better product we all win in the end
