Become a Drake fan in 2015 and even then SFG did sound a bit dated for me, especially his voice.
Since Take Care you notice that they had better tools available and kept improving and improving.

ryuHMaid of honor is fun in doses but it really might be the boy worst project to date
That says more about how solid the others are though and less about MOH being unlistenable/horrendous
It’s better than every album he’s released this decade.

It’s better than every album he’s released this decade.
Aye man I’ve resigned myself to the fact that Drake’s music is a subjective thing so do you but for my ears I just can’t hear it
I mean the music isn’t bad it’s just a whole bunch of s*** that doesn’t appeal to me at all and that isn’t executed the greatest. Also cheetah print is cringe to my ear and a reach, I feel like it lacks the natural appeal of genuinely catchy Drake pop single like Nokia for example, that felt effortless, cheetah print feels contrived. So that song itself is like a 6/10 for me. All that bestie business (it’s like 2 of them) is like 6-7/10 (even though they have decent production), Stuck ended up being a 7/10 for me, something about the mix and vocal performance is just off, didn’t land anywhere near how I was expecting. Road trips is a standout id give that an 8-9/10 but yeah most of the album a 7/10 for me with some tracks low as 6/10
MOH not clearing DLDT, CLB, HNM, HL, FATD, $$$4U, DEFINITELY not ICEMAN, or HABIBTI in my eyes

I respect it. I appreciate him being risky and having fun with it.
Maybe I’d put hnvm above it but his recent output is so shallow and not good
