MARCI think it's overall better rapping than on all 3 and I have it above IYRTITL right now.
But it's missing the RnB songs to truly compete with TC and NWTS (and Views, Scorpion and CLB for me).
Do you think you would like Iceman even more or less if MOH and Habibti were NOT released beside it?

For me the blend of rap and RnB (as well as other genres) is what makes Drake my favorit artist. I don't see him as just a rapper. Therefore my most liked albums of him are the ones I mentioned.
But I can absolutely understand rating Iceman above all those albums. In the end it's just a matter of subjectiv taste.
Just look at the "what's Drake's worst project?" and the different amount of answers you get.For the quantity of music he gave us the discography is goated imo.
