I wouldnt be so sure tbh. You are assuming the West will stay superior to the East which is a shaky prediction. Russia can easily pivot towards Asia if needed, furthemore their economy always was relatively self sufficient

Most of asia is allied with the US and two of those asian US allies are among Russias top 10 trade partners, the only ones who they could turn to are China and the ex-USSR states. Russia and China are also pretty much effectively contained

When push comes to shove, do you think Asian countries care more about satiating Russia or procuring more money from the western economies of which almost their entire international economic growth has been based on though? Like US-China trade is so far beyond intertwined neither country can really just stop working with each other, it's this unfortunate but deeply embedded symbiotic relationship. Asian countries are right to try to build against Western/US hegemony and that's largely been a reason for cooperation and economic support with Russia, but it's not like they can just plan to move past western trade money (and neither can the west move past Chinese manufacturing & investment). China's neutrality can only be really pushed so far and let's not pretend a block consisting like solely of Iran-China-Russia and their smaller trade partners would even remotely match the ridiculous uncapped exploitative wealth of the west. The same goes for Russia when it comes to China vs EU/US. This may not matter in a vacuum but it's not great for Russia when they already have economic troubles and not great for China when they need to maintain their upward growth to keep their burgeoning capitalist class pleased.

you said you don't support Russia but you really ain't showing it

which European country can match Russia on their own? None. and if they do the others do not have to help. The point of NATO is defense

I literally told you that you don't understand why WE Easter Europeans join NATO

no one wants war with Russia dude

Just because I understand why Russia is doing this doesn't mean that I support Russia doing this, stop repeating that lie

The risk of a country in a territorial dispute with a nuclear superpower to join a military alliance with another nuclear power is way too f***ing high lol

Like you gotta be insane or be deep in propaganda to even consider it tbh

I still don’t know anything about their involvement in Africa

    I'm not surprised,
The common foks don't know these things. That's why they'll be supprised when war happends.

If people followed global politics more they would understand that everything is calculated. It's just that the common people find out about this s*** when s*** hits the fan.

Just wait til next year when Turkey leaves Nato, when their 100 year contract ends. S***s gonna get worse

The media is so bloodthirsty. Nothing is enough for them. Glad Biden is (currently) holding strong in limiting it to sanctions

Exactly. Idk why tf we want war so bad. These the same clowns that would've criticized Joe if he did insert the US into the situation by military force.

This ain't mf Call of Duty.

Going about this as tactically as possible with sanctions is the best approach at the moment.
