They dropped RE2R, RE3R and RE8 in 2019, 2020, and 2021.
CV is also being made by the RE4R team, so it’ll have been 4 years of work on their part, as long as RE4R.

They got the RE4R team on CV, it won’t happen again.
The 3R team was originally doing 4R, but Capcom decided to have the 2R team take over.

It’s rumored to drop early next year, so I can’t imagine them waiting that late.
All RE games since 7 dropped in the first half of their respective years after all.
Typically late January to March, with the only outlier being 8 which dropped in early May.

Yeah it wouldn't make sense to wait that long... But with the DLC for Resident Evil 9 been revealed this year too so could they maybe delay the reveal of the remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica.

They could do both. 8’s DLC dropped just a few months before 4 Remake, so they were showing them both off around the same time.

Hmm yeah I didn't know that... Or well I forgot about it.
But if so... Then sure I won't mind both of these things been released with there only been a couple of months between the release of the DLC for Resident Evil 9 and the remake of Resident Evil: Code Veronica
