Alot of sp games have cosmetic content locked behind pre order and then they usually allow you to but it later anyway if you still are interested.
Do we really think that rockstar is only allow character customization behind a paywall when every mainline gta game since SA has had character customization available? Im sure there were will be other stores in the game that offer the same thing but with different styles like in gta 5 having different clothing stores wit diff styles.
These niggas have not said anything about all these other sp games having pre order bonuses got the nerve to imply its rockstar so we gonna let it pass, as if they gaf about other games that do it
