I thought this was phenomenal, it didn’t drag at all to me.

The fish scene had me dying

My main problem with the movie was that the first hour felt a bit awkward and unfocused for me, the cgi was pretty jarring distracting at times and I thought it jumped around timelines a bit too much. I love everything after that, although I do wish we got a bit more of a personal look at the characters too, would have made the final act hit even harder for me
