OPAug 6, 2023Mutant Mayhem is just a straight up blast. This is the closest that the Turtles have felt like teens. The filmmakers nailed that aspect of the film. The animation is top notch and the film itself was a great time with a good theme. I feel like we’re in the middle of an animation renaissance and this movie is a shining example of it.

Even if I didn’t like the new origin I still got the feels for Splinter when he first tried bringing the boys into the surface world and almost got killed

hopefully Disney & WB realize animated films and series will net them more profit and creative freedom than the expensive, bloated, projects they've released that've been bombing lately

Yeezydawg2003 TMNT Show was my childhood
The 2007 movie and games that followed made me an even bigger fan than I already was
But then when they got sold to Nick in 2009, that’s when the love faded
had no interest in the new show/shows that followedI hated all the new designs cause I felt like 2007 was peak
The Michael Bay turtles looked atrocious…the Nick turtles also
This movie finally got me excited for TMNT again and I’m looking forward to what’s to come
You should def check out the Nick versions. They're really good series as well.
