They were destroying lumon which comes with killing the innies if lumon were to get shut down

Loved the ending. Very 70s movie. They need to give my man Dylan reintegration.

I thought the freeze frame ending was a lil much but I loved pretty much everything about this episode. feels complete while still leaving plenty for next season

This finale and season overall were extremely underwhelming. Feels like the creators have no idea where any of this is actually going.

Season 1 ends with big reveals and new questions moving forward.

Season 2’s finale didn’t reveal anything new whatsoever (other than the innies being against the outies, which completely came out of left field), and didn’t raise any new questions at all.

I’m genuinely puzzled as to where this show goes from here

My friend, you sound like you did not suffer through Lost. This is a mystery show that handled a season 2 well, revealed enough to move the plot forward, and set stakes for another season. Most shows like this run 10 episodes of filler. Very happy with what they did

They don’t care where they’re going because they’re happy to be free in that moment. Also the writers probably don’t know either.

I took it as a nod to the ending of the graduate. more concerned with the ecstasy of running away together than the very likely consequences in the very immediate future

A mystery show can still answer questions while creating new mysteries. Season 1 did exactly that.

Severance Season 2 barely did anything to move the plot forward or set up any actual stakes or new mysteries for future seasons. The first five or so episodes were good to decent but the show has been spinning its wheels since then

inside vs outside dynamic, irv, Gemma, cobel are out. Will probably be one of the narratives of s3\. Then with this episode it looks like there’s gonna be some innie contingent that bunkers themselves in. The whole reintegration plot, there’s a lot to work with

Haven’t seen the new episode but I feel the same. Thought the first five - six episodes were top tier and then the last three weeks have felt like some of the worst television I’ve ever seen.

Tonight’s episode is a big make or break for me tbh just doesn’t even feel like the same show this last month
