it makes it more interesting to me. like hmm, why exactly are there no guards. Is their trust in their own product so strong they feel they won't ever face resistance? I guess they've learned now.
They literally had a whole disaster at end of season 1 and changed nothing
He'll they didn't even do anything after Dylan choked out milchick
I really thought this was going to be a story about how love transcends severance and it turned out to be the exact f***ing opposite damn

Severance works.
It’s probably good the Sopranos, Breaking bad, and Mad Men had time to breathe before real time social media feedback
Mad Men especially could never exist in this era of television/social media, even Matt Weiner said something to that effect a few years back.
I know tons of people who’ve picked it up over the past ~5 years and ended up loving it, but on a week-to-week basis I feel like everyone would just be like
after every episode.
if Adam Scott ends up winning the emmy over Pedro Pascal then this finale is 100% why. He absolutely nailed it, easily the best singular performance of his entire career. I’m glad he got to have an episode like this after getting consistently shown up by Lower, Tillman, & Turturro all season long.
Why would pascal win it

Yes people in general are stupid now.
WE'RE ABLE TO WATCH THIS SHOW WEEK TO WEEK
WE ARE SO LUCKY DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND
WE ARE WITNESSING GREATNESS
i'm gonna need gifs of milchick on his drumline s***

why are we giving pascal an emmy before his show is even out
great finale - think they really touched on everything that makes this show so special, even down to the goofy severed floor stuff like the marching band.
britt lower has done incredible work this season. adam scott knocked it out of the park this episode in particular. honestly wasn't familiar enough with his game.
i know people hate corny theorising about stuff AND it's been confirmed not to be the case but for half a second i thought the 'look' helly gave back to Gemma was reminsicent of Helena. britt lower did such a good job of distinguishing the two of them physically that it got me thinking
i don't even know how you do a third season of this tbh. i almost think i'd be satisfied with the idea of innie mark and helly running away together into the unknown of the severed floor.
nah milchick got insane stamina

That was the point of season 1's finale lol. That's when you up the security cause your company literally almost went up in flames. At this point, it's just lazy writing like Devon calling Cobel, Helly being able to hold a door closed against Milkshake, and Reintegration sickness disappearing. A lot dumb s*** in the second half of this season
aight we overdoing it on milchick having the stamina of an olympian and the strength to break down a vending machine blocked by a 300 pound man

If todays audience had to wait for weekly episodes of season 3, you’d see “worst show ever” takes
Man gtfoh she smashed mark s in the face with his book very first episode lmaoooo
I would too
Helly toxic af pulling up like that and giving him the look
After talking like you know damn well we'll never be together my outtie is an opp
aight we overdoing it on milchick having the stamina of an olympian and the strength to break down a vending machine blocked by a 300 pound man
All kinds of unbelievable bullshit happened this episode
F***ing goat lady beat the s*** outta that big ass dude that s*** was silly/slapstick af
A circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel
Never ending or beginning on an ever spinning reel
As the images unwind, like the circles that you find
In the windmills of your mind
this series can't possibly have a good outcome for either party
innies either take over the control mechanism again and live on the outside or protest and starve themselves inside the building for ... made up reforms? promises that can't be guaranteed? outside of a "we're enjoying our final moments" together kinda thing they're just f***ed.
feel bad for gemma tho roles basically reversed

that was immersion breaking
at least she was kneeing him in the nuts, but that goat b**** showcased more strength and power than mark in that scene
