No cause Mrs Casey isn't Gemma yet. Her body is alive but she seems very robotic in nature when we've seen her. I think Mark being the closest person to her means that he's the only one that can "remake" her consciousness. I think this will prove that they can bring people back to life or immortality which is their ultimate goal imo
