Burt is definitely Helena's dad.
That’s what I thought. From “20 years ago with your lumon partner” and I felt like maybe he invented all of this specifically TO get his innie into heaven with his boy
with the increased popularity of the show the fandom has reached the point where you got a lot of smart theories and a lot of equally dumb theories lol
Very glad the people calling this season slow or calling s*** filler aren't in the writers room for this show. Niggas would have characters dying off every episode and twists that make zero sense
I might b dumb, but like there's no way these guys dont have hidden cameras and s*** in the bathrooms and halls, but still it seems like Lumon has absolutely no idea what these innies are constantly up to. Such a glaring plothole to me.

They do

That's what you would think yeah, but then why didnt they do anything to stop the OTC thing from happening?

Nah I just want more information and answers lmao don’t want all that extra s*** every episode
Been loving the new season, just thought episode 5 was a setup episode for 6 and then not much was revealed
Tying the severance procedure to christianity/religion makes a lot of sense from a world building perspective since it is functionally a “rebirth”. Get a second chance with god, get a third chance with Lumon. Lumon’s marketing was probably going dummi in the early days.
I’m wondering if the setting is going to move even further beyond the office in the future. We know Lumon’s goal is world domination, and some of the public is severed too, not just Lumon employees.
I thought it was interesting how the dinner conversation this week implied mystery around the beginning of the surgery. How can anyone (except the Egans ig) truly know exactly when they started putting mindcontrol technology inside people? and how can you trust anything else about your reality if there’s doubt about when the world got collectively mindfucked?
this was pretty much implied in the show’s premise, but i think it could be moving to a space of more “post-truth society” commentary as we learn more about what lumon does.

If you’re watching this show purely for information and answers then you’re not watching it correctly.
A lot of initial season 2 reviews said this next episode was the standout of the season.

LETS F***ING GO
