I think it might be good that ktt2 probably starts showing or letting people see who be liking some posts

i actually think that twitter hiding likes (even if it was for elon‘s personal benefit) as well as the platforms has been positive. not that i use it much, but i do feel more comfortable liking things

then again i’m in the same position as he is, so my perspective doesn’t necessarily reflect how others feel — so am definitely open to being persuaded

Keep them private but let the person who posted it see a list imo, could just make it pop up when you try to like your own post or something

If you step away and get 5 likes, you’ll only be able to see who liked it most recently (ex: “S and 3 others liked your post in…”

I could be wrong but at least on mobile

Its super unnecessary but sometimes i wondered who else liked a certain post after stepping away for a bit

I think I understand that some people don’t want people to see what they like or why they don’t want some people to see what they like
But I was thinking that might help some people see why they probably liked some things and see if some things might be true

It still doesn’t serve a purpose other than pointless internet drama. You find out the guy who has an avi of a grown man in a diaper likes a misogynistic post, what do we do with that information? It’s someone we already expect it from, it’s not breaking the rules I can’t ban them. It again just causes dumb drama, even if it were someone we don’t expect it from what do we do with the information?

I was also thinking that some people think some comments or something might be 'good' or 'true' if it has a lot of 'likes'

And it might help some people see who be lying and acting like they like you or some of your comments and that they are with you when they might not like you or your comments or might not be with you

And I think some people might still argue about some things without letting them see that
And it might not be that bad either to show who like comments unless some people probably think it’s bad and want to hide or not show who like some comments or something
