I can't remember the question exactly but the lady basically asked me how I work when no one is watching and I said "The best way to see a person is not look at him and I pride myself on working hard when no one's looking" Dumbass answer what the f*** is wrong wit me?

Whether it's minimum wage or an average salary your boss is growing his business while you get scraps smh.
I think we all deserve more in life. I'd rather fail 100 times than work for someone else.
Now, interning at a radio station or something like that is different but for jobs like OPs...Nah. Our generation has the internet and if you put in the work you can make way more than just a regular paycheck.

I’m not disagreeing with you, but as someone who has hired over 200 people, you hear some wild s*** in interviews. It’s like here’s a lay up and people still fail.
