Star Wars: Maul Shadow Lord is an upcoming American animated television series created by Dave Filoni for the streaming service Disney+. It is part of the Star Wars franchise, taking place after the events of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, and follows former Sith lord Maul during the reign of the Galactic Empire.

THE CLONE WARS

Trailer has minor spoilers for the first 4 seasons. Set during the three years between the prequel films Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith. The Clone Wars became one of Cartoon Network's highest-rated shows and developed a massive fan following. It’s widely regarded as one of the greatest Star Wars projects ever made.

Been watching rebels and I actually enjoy it more than clone wars

damn Rebels is pretty great I still like The Clone Wars more though but the last 3 season of Rebels are great, love season 2

I'm honestly shocked with how much I love it

The animation style
I'm a prequel nut but it's really cool seeing all the OT stuff in animation

yeah the way it does some of the stuff is great and the animation style is next-level
love the way everything looks in-universe i remember people hating on it at the time but fr it's really cool how the whole style looks

Been rewatching everything. On season 5 of TCW. The Umbara arc really was top notch

God I love this show so much
Aside from R2 and Threepio, I've been indifferent to droids but Chopper is so loveable

Really don't want this season to end I'm spacing it.

Resistance is garbage from what I’ve seen

Umbara, Geonosis, and Onderon are the best arcs imo

I don't know, but from a marketing standpoint it would be smarter for em to hold off until + is available WV. Clone Wars got a dedicated fan base

the siege of mandalore is suppose to happen during episode 3 before order 66 and the trailer from celebration showed video of that

It is all pretty linear but you don’t have to watch it all in order to get what you need/want

If you watch the video he’ll list great episodes to follow with a ongoing narrative for those episodes

It's not garbage but it's pretty much what you expect it to be. It's for kids even more so than Rebels was. Animation style is pretty cool and the story is there bur you have to deal with a lot of s*** specifically aimed at like 8 year olds.
