accidentally saw spoilers
just gonna say if u hated the last jedi this is not gonna be a movie you like lmao
It's pretty all over the place tho, some say you'd like it, some don't
It all boils down to the storytelling itself I think, as my issues with TLJ weren't with the story so much and plot points but rather it's inconsistent tone and direction
But we'll see tho
Just watched Solo. Plot is kinda lazy and predictable but the movie was entertaining regardless. They should follow up on the Qi’ra and Maul stuff on Disney + if they can get Emilia Clarke to come back.

also my biggest issue with tlj, like if rian johnson just streamlined the movie better and cut out the weaker elements it would be a great film, albeit still with the outrage over plot choices

Definitely. It's still a cool Sci Fi flick, it's just messy and poor as a SW/Skywalker installment imo
SW really needed a "Feige", cause it's really not Johnson's fault that there weren't no guidelines or bulletpoints to the rest of this trilogy. That's quite the predicament. I blame the board and Kathleen for it tbh
Imagine if Russo's were giving a free hand, imagine the f***shit if they decided to end on a sour note having everyone snap'd stay dead after Infinity War & Endgame
I’m so conflicted between loving and hating TLJ and I honestly don’t know what to think. Some of the most beautiful and provoking moments of the entire franchise and yet there’s so much steaming donkey s*** there as well
These reviews lmao
Disney payroll a flop? This really is a divisive classic
Post em

So imagine a capeshit movie with actual consequences? Lol that’d be amazing, what are you saying. horrible for box office profits and merch sales of course, but that would have been a seminal moment in pop culture. Instead we got that corny ass “on your left cap!!!!” scene

Not saying I'm against it or for, just saying the nerds would flip lol
"Know your audience" that's all
IGN review of Rise of skywalker bit.ly/2M7KzVj
summed up like this: The Rise of Skywalker is an entertaining but deeply flawed final chapter that ultimately plays it too safe.

That’s fair, those muhfuckas would have actually crawled out their basements and rioted lmao. Can’t wait to see the inevitable shambles that come from this movie

The revenge of the nerds, LA riots over again

imagine MCU cult flipping over cop cars and setting them on fire and s***. The “reeeeeees”would be heard from miles
Star Wars definitely needs a someone to helm the franchise but hopefully it’s not feige. I like the marvel movies but they feel like incredible Michael bay movies. I’m glad they’re getting away from doing trilogy movies and letting the stories dictate how many films they need.

Can someone explain how synopsis like your comment isn't a spoiler? That's like me telling someone before the final got episode, that dd took chances with Daenerys character......

I mean he’s already doing one film so I wouldn’t be surprised at all if he was given the same role for all Star Wars film/TV that he has for marvel

It’s not spoiling any plot in the movie. I didn’t mention any character just the one person feelings on the movie as a whole.

Don’t even bother
