I said from the get go that it is toxic to claim without hesitation that someone you do not know personally and have very little information on is abusing their kid and spreading that said rumor around.

If you disagree with that you are weird.

Feeding a kid honey is not recommended, however it is not seen as down right abuse that will get a parent in trouble. So it is legitimately incorrect to say she is abusing her kid or has a track record of abuse simply off that.

Just as spanking your kid or feeding them McDonalds five times a week is strongly not recommended, however not illegal, and nobody has a right to claim a parent is committing “abuse” if they take partake in that.
