Y'all the really don't know what a no trade clause means huh?
Watson isn't forcing a trade to f***ing Minnesota
Tf you talking about no trade clause mean Watson has to consent to trade and Texans can’t just dump him to a s***ty team
It’s in Texans best interest to cash in and rebuild
No point in trying to mend things with a QB who don’t wanna be there especially since he’s the best man on the roster
Also lol at culley talking about he took the job thinking Watson was staying like yeah bro he’s going to stay with the Texans because of the opportunity to work with the ravens WR coach
He got some nerve ctfu

Rams been the only dumb mfs to believe in this dude
Happy super bowl week
Am I tripping or the Stafford trade pretty much lays the framework for Watson to either the Jets or Dolphins with Dolphins being more likely because of Tua’s upside over Darnold

In that scenario the Texans are getting either pick 2 or 3. NY or Miami could attach a QB if they want but the Texans are probably just taking one with the pick they get.

3 firsts and a replacement QB. Difference being Dolphins and Jets both have quality picks this year so that would mitigate the difference in talent between Stafford and Watson
and which pick is better :)
The one where you pick any non-Lawrence QB

That’s what makes the Dolphins more likely IMO. Tua isn’t looked at as damaged goods somewhat like Darnold it will be easier to sell building around Tua, who is a better prospect than any QB in this draft except the one going #1

At least 3 QBs from this draft will have better careers than Tua if we keeping it a buck

Man maybe I’m just late or something Tua isn’t regarded as a good to great QB prospect anymore? You’re taking the kid from BYU or NDSU over him in 2021?

you have to account for how much of a negative Goff was in the Stafford trade. If Goff wasn't going to Detroit, LA probably would have given up less.

Good point. I feel the difference between Watson and Stafford is about equal to Goffs albatross

either way a team will find out the hard way
Has another top 4 qb ever been traded in his prime?
No
That's how badly the Texans f***ed up
