Unlike the impression given by some trailers, the film is much clearer, more vibrant, and colorful on screen. The settings, costumes, and visual effects stand out thanks to a rich color palette, reinforcing the story's fantastic and space-bound character.

I’m glad if it does but marketing of it should show that a bit more

Actually bringing forward the glaze slop social media embargo kinda could show the opposite of confidence, and that they want super vapid fan reactions to flood out and have more time to percolate before full critic embargo lifts. Hmm

To be fair I think most people have learned to kinda filter out most of the glaze slop tweets, usually their name is something with comic or super in it or their tl is a lil too DC / Marvel

Critics are also getting to post their thoughts too and if a lot of them say it’s mid then we know

Just hoping it’s better than Superman, was kinda disappointed in it tbh.

Professional critics have also seen the movie already not just paid influencers

Based on test screening reports, this got a more positive reaction than Superman did.

Early word was that reaction to tests was super positive, but this was before marketing even started so who knows

I think both of these things can be true:

It tested better than Superman (which by all accounts it did.)

It will not be anywhere near as regarded as Superman once exposed to the general public or wider critical base, for a multitude of reasons.
