Drake is actually mentioned in 5 in the video alongside kanye , eminems mentioned in 7 tho hes shown as 6.

Level 7 was for those who can get as busy and lyrical like Lupe but able to cross over and exist in mainstream spaces and do different styles.

Lupe can’t or is generally not good at it.

He wasnt shown in the 7 that appear in the slide once he lays the people out, but his freestyle is shown at the beginning of the section. the gimmick of the video is prolly 7 so having him there would throw it off bein a 8, but he probably is 7

I don’t think the slides are meant to encompass every single rapper that belongs in that tier that would be impossible to fit

There’s a lot of rappers missing in this video like anyone from Wu Tang

Black Thought shows only in the Level 7 section so that’s what I’m assuming he’s ranking him as
