As someone who wasn’t a huge fan of the first game and didn’t think it was the best game of the gen/all time like so many do, this has legitimately blown away. I can’t wait see how the game ends after that cliffhanger at the end of part 1

the game is an interactive movie. it relies entirely on it's story to achieve it's purpose as a video game.

the gameplay is fine but it's not groundbreaking, challenging, engaging, or any of the other adjectives you'd like to see. without a great story it just fails at what it's supposed to deliver

and the story is indeed bad. nothing to do with gays or girls. it's just poorly written with few likable characters.

I'll say this, the gameplay didn't change from the 1st one, but on God did they make it more intense, engaging and feeling stressed all the time., uncut gems style. You'll have a small brief moment of energy before returning to the stress.

the story itself was executed horribly but there's clearly effort there and it makes sense in the end but what in the f*** was the point to do that to xxx, so early and not build any of this up?
