Grace Randolph starts her review by saying she's scandalized cause she's never seen s*** come out of a butthole before and that's a metaphor for what the movie is like

I can’t stand her
This guy will forever be the most adapted to screen author. Record unbeatable forever
Edit : shakespear is actually way ahead. With 1000+ adaptation according to gpt
Are some theaters not showing this?
My local theater isn't so I gotta drive about an hour away to see it on Thursday. My local has only 6 auditoriums tho but they have always showed new premiers
It’s kind of insane how timely this film is. A true potential look at what could be ahead. Knockout performances from David Jonsson and Cooper Hoffman elevate this film to another level. It’s a film about friendship and the pits of a country that has lost its way. Probably one of the most impactful movies of the year for me.

It’s kind of funny to think that this book might have led to Fortnite.
King influence too strong.
Taking my girl to IPIC theatre tomorrow to see this

The original novel was a big influence on the Battle Royale novel which was obviously later adapted into the movie.

love br never played fn tho ngl
I had to walk out of this one
Damn you hated it that bad?
just got out of the theater.
this is one of the greatest Stephen King adaptations in recent memory. it was extremely visceral, thrilling, and kept me on my toes the entire run time, which never wasted a second. David Jonsson continues to deliver fantastic performances on the big screen, and I’m so happy he’s getting his shine when he was crushing it back in Industry and more recently, Rye Lane and Alien Romulus. I also enjoyed Cooper Hoffman’s performance and he also is really making a name for himself after Saturday Night. not much more else to say other than this exceeded my expectations and is a must watch if you’re a King fan.
