oh i do well done everywhere i order from, even if its a non chain

one time i called a local spot and was like yeah can i get it well done,

and the old italian man was like "you want me to like burn it " and i had to explain like nah nah just leave it in a little longer so its not soggy like you sometimes get from chains (pause), need that good cheese on top, and he was like "listen kid, we're not a chain, we cook our pizzas fully, don't you worry"
