His voice in general doesn’t sound good over the bright ass beats he makes now, it’s too deep and gritty and when he sings it’s almost unlistenable to me

often early in a producer-rapper's career, it seems like they feel like they have to be twice as good at both aspects (esp rapping) or they feel like they aren't impressive
