He got the Grammy he’s wanted his whole life he probably took a break. Dude been working nonstop for years he can take a minute to cook up the album he wants to. We’re still gonna get a lot of original prod on this project even if it’s just transitions, plus we really don’t know s*** about this project it could have all original work for everything but these 2 songs

A tape taking up this whole album cycle and having to wait another 2 years for an album would suck, honestly if he wanted to do a tape why not drop a prequel a few months back and then the album now, not like these songs so far seem like they took that much effort. These songs couldn’t have taken the usual 2 years of work that Tyler album songs get
honestly feel like he has more up his sleeve if this album is just loosie style tracks NO WAY did that take 2 years ...maybe he dropping the real jazz album (devoid of any rapping) in winteryehhhh

think it hits different with the dj drama drops & voicemail aesthetic thing
kinda think it might be like 20-25 diff songs that feel more like sketches than a more concise tracklist of songs he labors over refining idk if thats a good thing or not but i think there might be some random lofi jamband s*** or acoustic stuff even on here too rather than 12 okras- Jun 23, 2021kimyerim
