Serious question but having ran The Fall-Off back a few times now, I’m left wondering whether nearly everything that he released between 4YEO and The Fall-Off is better than The Fall-Off itself?

The Off-Season is arguably a better project, and Might Delete Later is super underrated IMO because 7 Minute Flop just tarnished the whole project but songs like Trae The Truth In Ibiza or Pi are genuinely top-tier Cole and the project without it is great.

This isn’t a thinly veiled hate thread; I do like The Fall-Off and I’m sure it will grow on me in time, but right now this is how I’m feeling. What’s everyone’s thoughts?

come on man! what do you niggas be hearing??? I’m glad you at least enjoy it but man…this is like more fully fleshed out versions of the songs on those albums and you can hear it in just the amount of sounds he’s getting off across the run time of the songs

The fall off is better than MDL and OffSeason and those 2 were already very solid rap albums.

His discography is so f***ing mid man it’s embarrassing. FHD is considered his magnum opus and it’s still below any Kendrick album
