properYou can’t just buy any weighted blanket tho op. Make sure you get the one meant for your body weight/type. My friend got a really heavy weighted blanket that was meant for ppl way bigger than him and now he’s paralyzed from the neck down. Dude just woke up one day and couldn’t move and it was because of the weighted blanket.
