Playing the Batman games for the first time. I’m almost done with Arkham Asylum. This might be the perfect video game. Just enough collectibles. Just enough challenge. Replayability may not all be there, but the map size is perfect imo. There was that thread on RPG burn out and I think a game like this is the answer. Still give the player freedom/choice but also have it be linear in a sense. The only thing I could see added to this game would be more side quests that deepen the back stories of the other characters outside of just the tapes.

i beat the main story over a year ago (i’m good on collecting all of the riddler trophies lol) and yeah that is an excellent streamlined game

playing RE1 for the first time ever

this is f***ing dope it’s much more of a puzzle game than anything else tbh, but i don’t mind it. being able to unlock doors back in the mansion feels so satisfying after grinding it out in the aqua ring lol

Mostly just grinding through some older RPGs lately. Lost motivation to finish a few, but that happens. When I hit a wall with progression or farming, I usually check skycoach.gg/blog/wow/articles/gold-farming-guide for better routes. Made the grind way less painful for me. Anyone else rotate between three games and finish none? Feels like a mood.

is it worth another playthrough with Jill?

Wrapped this up a little over a month ago. Considered going for the platinum but finding all the collectibles and making 4 different characters is so tedious Might just uninstall. 6.5/10

Started Spiderman 2 after playing Spiderman and I was thrown off because Miles was fully Spiderman in the intro. Felt like I was missing something, went back to play this first. 6.5/10, probably like a 8/10 off gameplay but the writing/story drags it down

Currently playing. I'm almost done, think I have about 6 main story missions left. Feeling a 8/10, might go up to 8.5 if they nail the landing
