movies, youtube, music, drawing, read articles, second mac screen, terminal/ssh
Korg on there get a lil beat going
Logic Pro for iPad
MIDI plugged in on BandLab
extra screen
essentially just use it as an extension of my laptop if I want to work on different DAWs at once, watch something that isn’t my phone or TV, or the kids probably on it during their screen time
Is Logic Pro actually good as a standalone DAW on iPad?
I like reading books on my ipad way more than physical books, if I dont know a word I can just highlight it and look it up
when i need to draw stuff math stuff etc. and i dont want to use 50 pages of paper a week

it’s pretty much like the computer version, and you can download it on a Mac too or any device that supports it after purchase
i've never owned an ipad
i think i'd like one to read epubs/pdfs but i prefer physical books and the process of finding books in a store rather than just downloading s***

Same that’s the issue
Usually use it to watch anime while I’m washing dishes nowadays.
Use it for remote play for my ps5. Use to use it for goon purposes but gave that up, and my Magic Keyboard stopped working after getting some water on it.
I wanna get an Apple Pencil so I can start drawing again.
Use it as an ebook reader, and manga reader pretty frequently too.
It sits on the shelf and collects dust
I only ever use it if I'm going out of town
Anything I'd use my ipad for my laptop is better at or my phone is more convenient for
Its almost exclusively used as a sketchbook or a compact art studio
But i also have a lot of books and comics on it aside from that
Mainly YouTube so far but I want to teach myself how to draw so that’s how I’m planning on using it soon.

My grandma randomly gave me like a gen 2 iPad 6 years ago, no clue how she got it, I legit only used it for reading PDFs in school then I found it straight coated in dust
most used app on my ipad is probably the notes app
i have apps i specifically only go to my ipad for or only get on ipad to have some separation in the experiences from my phone to the ipad.
ipad: chatgpt and ai stuff, reddit, shopping apps, notes or any journaling and tracking app, s*** like pinterest. feel like it’s a better experience on ipad, i got the big joint though.
phone: social media apps like ig/fb/snap/linkedin, music, sports apps, business, uber and food apps ofc
i be at home alot though so it’s really relative to how you’re living
