Idk what it is with my sleep schedule but i just can't get a good 8 hours or i just always end up sleeping crazy f***in late until like 2/3pm.
Spent the whole day in Chicago despite only getting 2 hours of sleep
Finally home time to nap
I never get enough sleep for some reason
Best sleep i get is when i take tylenol pm. I wake up so refreshed. Or strangely enough if i drink a lot of caffeine. For some reason.
Maybe it's the insane amount of caffeine i drink
dont be afraid to switch it up if you aint vibin with them after a few sessions.
Had to switch my first therapist because he kept leaning more into psuedo-red pill advice after a 4 - 5 sessions
I feel that. So far the guy's chill. He just takes it too slow. Like im only 2 sessions in. We've identified my problem. I just feel like he reiterates the same thing alot. Like "hey man...well its good to get know you" like 39 times
