Blue Fields is one of my fav songs period of all time.

I love how eerie but serene it is, it feels like a dream but also like starting a new relationship, inner peace but also wariness it's so interesting as a composition while still sounding amazing.

Same with Another Moon under it that is like a clash of emotions and juxtaposition.

Love it, and yeah 8 is one of my favs too. 9, 6, 7, 8, 4. I didn't play the ps2 era ones tho, n I played the phone 3d remake of 4 which I also liked a lot (n ive played 15 og release n the 1st 13 entry but dont like them, I plan to play 16 soon). 8 has my fav overworld too of the series.

I have started and stopped 8 like 3 times. I really need to play that one all the way through, same with 9. 7 is one of my favorites on the PS1.
I’ve listened to a lot of 8’s soundtrack tho and it is incredible.

So good, I love how the music in 8 sound like a dope n crazy fusion of snes/genesis bit style music and the more standard capable music of ps1 soundfonts that creates this crazy texture on to everything too within the soundtrack
