honestly perfect season ending. Lets hope we dont wait 3 years for s2
Given the smaller scope of it (being based in a single town with reusable sets), I’m hoping that means a quicker turn around.
Something akin to The Pitt.
This show feels like the perfect storm of Twin Peaks, Midnight Mass, & Parks and Recreation
I’m not sure how it comes together to work but it does incredibly
Y’all think this show will get darker as it progresses or will it keep its comedic undertone the whole way through?
Only issue I had with the finale is the sheriff shooting Ruth felt so sloppy and kind of unbelievable...just clips her ear? Doesn't hit Tom at all?...also kind of predicted that either Tom wouldn't be able to go through with it OR he does but finds out she isn't the last descendent after all...didnt guess it'd be Tom's kid but I suppose it makes sense why they focused on the kid so much this season even though he mainly just goofed around with his friends and gave Tom s\*\*\*
crazy how this show became less and less scary as eps went on. great show tho
