It was a question not an insult, I'm trying to understand the core of your problem which does seem to appear a mix of ego and jealousy. You just implied they get everything easy and you admitted your ego would feel a type of way. Why do you believe these feelings are "normal" and it affects "most guys"? Being insecure or anxious or tying it to your self-worth is not normal at all and you should avoid it entirely or get therapy, instead of asking what people online think just to cry about the answer.
More time I hear these complaints it's the opposite, dudes with 20 crying about the woman with 4 or 5. But he didn't even specify what the situation is so we can't assume, that's why I gave 2 scenarios in my initial answer but you only had the issue with the one you don't like because it involved the reality of some being misogynistic.
