  • Just copped a lb of chicken hearts at my local grocery store for $2.39. Stir fried them with some peppers, onions, beef broth and spices, and drizzled them with a bit of lemon. They slap.

    And they’re packed with nutrients and not super ironey like liver. Just gotta cook them quick so they stay tender.

    Gonna stock up on these before they become trendy.
