I’m jealous
https://twitter.com/yzyjohnny/status/2064083850184073319Was so beautiful to witness

Worth it, but were gonna have a convo about cutting 5 tracks
Fun show!
The globe stage is sick and the lights were incredible. Pyro was meh but probably had to do with it being indoors.
Performance wise I was a little worried that buddy was gonna use the backtrack as a crutch but for the bulk of the songs it was very faint or not used at all. Either he feels more confident after doing some other shows or on the live streams the mix just had it louder than it is irl.
Energy was awesome throughout but very little fan interaction outside of cutting music for sing backs. Didn’t really address the crowd or have any talk breaks. Whatever but would have been a nice add.
Performed for about 2 hours. First half and some of the show was awesome. Back half where he runs through the hits it felt like he was kinda just checking the boxes for some of the songs. Would get through the first verse and then just be like ‘alright next one’
All in all happy to see my goat perform again after a decade. Got emotional a couple times. Sometimes for thinking back on my youth and how Kanye shows were such fond memories of my adolescence that has since passed me by and others because I feel like the artist that Kanye was doesn’t really exist anymore. That said would recommend anyone goes if you have the opportunity.
Bucket list checked off.
Seen him twice now. Watch the Throne tour and now this in Gelredome

Really well said, I do think that spark will get bigger by every performance. You could notice it several moments during the show, its just not what is was. And maybe thats fine, however still hard to accept when you see the energy with a lot of tracks

it's such a general frustration with just about everything he has done since pablo. everything is so close to being perfect and he just refuses to get it over the hump.
cutting the tracks could also be so easily masked if he wanted to. like I'd be way happier with him just doing the first verse of certain songs if they just planned to do the first verse and then they properly faded out/transitioned. there's plenty of songs he did this with on previous tours and it's not uncommon for artists to do it, but letting the start of the verse begin and then just being like 'alright next' is sloppy lol
so clear which songs he loves doing at this point of his career.
Guy LOVES all of Yeezus and any song crowds will mosh to.
Cant Tell Me Nothin is his favorite song ever.
He has always liked Say You Will way too much relative to how fans feel about it especially compared to other songs on 808s
Also seems like he holds Ghost Town right next to Runaway
In addition to these it feels like he really puts an emphasis on making Power, All the Love, Father Stretch, Heartless, Stronger, All of the Lights and Flashing Lights all feel like big moments in the show and they deliver really hard.
I had a great time and I appreciate the crowd your country brought!
Im watching his June 8th bday performance and ya'll, I got goosebumps 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
From the audience to Ye's performance
The only other show that was up there was his Korean one.
So happy and proud of him👑
