no, but i’m saying every artist gets some % of their music leaked over the years

if thug’s recorded 5 songs a day since 2013, that’s like 12k songs total

he’s got around 1,800 songs out including leaks

that’s like 15%

if 15% of all drake’s recorded songs leaked, that’d be like 30 total

u get what i mean?

I see what you’re saying. But I feel like because artists like Thug record so much they don’t give a f*** about the “lower tier” of their unreleased music so they don’t care about safely securing it on Ish drives or laptops or whatever. Just letting it float in the hands of random producers. But they record so much it’s not like it matter to them anyways.

it’s a lot of ways songs leak that i won’t get into here, but the older they are, the more likely they are to leak

the longer they’re unreleased, the more lax people might get & pass them around

whereas new songs get held bc they’re more likely to drop
