It sounds like Paramount was trying to sway him to the studio, was listening to a list of ideas Zach has for his future and maybe he mentioned it casually as a passion project. Then, the studio head said he'd love to do it. Original article frames it as them preemptively dangling WB's properties

Giving Zach full benefit here. Would be a horrible professional look and even worse for the future of studios under Paramount's leadership
