It was well explained by Nate Silver tbh — it was a great win by AES without context of the polls and talk. It was however, a pretty big mistake by AES and his campaign to release internal polling that showed a dominate win and to talk up a dominant win.

I watched yesterday, and he’s gone Termination CRAZY. If he succeeds, the Dumocrats will gain 4 Senators, 8 Congressmen, many Electoral and Popular Votes, a stacked Supreme Court with 23 Justices, and I will be, sadly, despite the great job we are doing, the last Republican President!

Two things I took from this:

1) I never realized just how inarticulate and difficult to follow Fetterman was. Not even saying this because of ideology, it’s just genuinely horrible. I’m not sure if it’s become worse since the stroke or if he was always this bad at speaking, but holy s*** I could not understand or follow hardly any of what he was saying.

2) PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE for the love of god run for President Jon Stewart He does such an amazing job of making a case for progressive ideas but doing so in a way that doesn’t alienate or talk down to people with different views. And he’s so good at providing creative examples to promote those beliefs and policies.
