Cherrywine001Iceman is best solo album since at least scorpion. Still trying to gauge how it stacks up with views. If you removed the 3 filler tracks and add Astalavista, then it would be in the NWTS/IYRTITL/Take care tier
Don’t care about habibti, that other album sucks besides princess.

Iceman 7/10: I think it's pretty good overall. I've never had an album have lines that give me the stank face in both good ways and bad ways like this one. Some really good bars and some really terrible bars on this one. I really wish he would stay in pockets longer on some songs - I hate the switch on National Treasure. I do hope he moves on after this though. The subject matter feels tardy and effects the replay value on it a bit for me.
MOH 6/10: Not many strong thoughts on this one. I like it for what it is. Will probably revisit it from time to time.
Habibti: Not going to rate this one. RnB Drake just isn't for me anymore.
Agree re: RNB Drake. Not even just sonically (I just don’t enjoy FATD/$$$/Habibti r&b songs for most part) but subject matter wise.
I love Drake’s rapping still and felt like he had a ton to talk about on Iceman which I thought was an S Tier album of his. But with the R&B s*** I def agree with general public perception that the subject matter just feels stale at this point and less relatable than earlier stuff

May 22Maid of Honor is my favourite and his best project in a while imo
Iceman is ok. Starts off strong but loses steam towards the end. Janice STFU is a the best song across all 3 albums. There's a lot of whininess that stops it from being great to me.
Habibti sucks to me outside of Classic.

It was mostly on Ice
I played the others tooIt just kinda impacts how I view Drake to the point (in combination with the other stuff post beef) I can't really enjoy what I'm hearing from him now
I stated it that to note that it was somewhat irrational/unfair, my ears are almost semi blocked to the music
But I'm not judging anyone else or saying anyone else is wrong for enjoying it (obviously we are all free to voice our opinions on this though, especially multiple pages in where no one will really see my post, ya feel me fam)
