i'm looking for recommendations
its not easy to ask for what i'm looking for like a lot of u iv'e been an anime fan for years and iv'e seen most of the big ones and a lot of the little ones so it's not really worth me giving the lsit of everything iv'e seen or anything
but idk i'd like some recs that aren't the usual top 20 that you get everywhere online
my only thing is that i dont really care for cute girls doing things, the closest i've seen to that is auron high school and that was pretty nice but idk doesn't really do it for me
something like GTO would b cool too but im not necesarily going for slice of life or anything (in fact overall i dont love them)
anyway pls help me find cool new shows and restore the feeling :))

Non Non Biyori: Vacation - 8/10
One of my favourite parts of the Non Non Biyori series is how much care and attention they put into its mono no aware scenes: not everything lasts forever, and Non Non Biyori as a series has always been great at portraying the pain of that realization. The 60 seconds or so near the end of the movie was breathtaking, with Natsumi standing alone in the room as cut after cut of various locations they visited while on vacation appeared on screen with no unnecessary emotional soundtrack to tell us how to feel and no unnecessary monologue of her thoughts.

More development for Endeavor in Season 5 or 6. Can't be assed to remember the order of the next 2 manga arcs, but Endeavor does get better.

I feel the series is at its best when the storyline focus on people around her while Violet becomes like a proxy for us viewers but still allow her to shine at times, honestly her own story never was hitting to me
