The first 20 or so episodes of Gintama are literally the worst trust me it gets better and better

I dropped the s*** like 3 times before picking it back up

300 episodes? Out. ngl not a fan of anime’s that go on forever. golden boy/gto being some of my faves should have made that clear.

also if I have to watch more than 20 episodes to get into a show that show prolly was never for me to begin w. thats damn near an entire season.

Fasho ima try again. took me 3 watches just to finish the first episode and been watching the rest of the 20 eps like 3 episodes at a time when I usually watch like hours worth at a time when I’m into something.

prolly won’t start watching till I finish letterkenny tho.

Full Metal Panic Fumoffu is great but its like a season of comedic episodes in a story that is moreso a mecha

Konosuba is another good one too

Watched that one like 14 years ago my g. they gonna stone me for this take but full metal panic > full metal alchemist to me

prefer s*** that’s more based in real life. It can have bits of fantasy/sci tho like saiki k which I really enjoyed

Have you watched baccano? Not strictly a comedy like gto and golden boy but it has a lot of comedic elements and its really dope, only like 16/17 episodes too

Just watched the first episode, I can tell this will be one of my favorite anime

The comedy and romance is on point

None of the main characters are stupid or immature

All the conversations are so direct and mature

There's so much happening in the first episodes I'm used to them dragging each conflict into one episode but they just show what's important and that's amazing

Go on forever? It's ending this year

I feel that though, if you ever got nothing to watch I'd come back to it. I've never seen golden boy or gto but they're on the list

Like some of the slice of life ones are pretty funny, One Piece is funny, but most anime isn't funny to me even when it tries to be

But @proper a lot of people like Saiki K maybe you should try it

120 episode looks long but it's all 5 minute episodes

Not to mention the show itself looks amazing. That part where Miyamura runs to get the eggs it can flip the serious switch on and off quick like at the end of the first episode lol. This and Wonder Egg Priority will probably be my favorites
