    i post malone'd my way into the light

    i bought a carton and i smoked it non-stop until i was done

    you have to get to the point where you've honored its purpose and what you enjoyed from it

    now i have 2-3 a year on a really special day/vacation

    Choose a week where you can spend some pto.

    Smoke weed only. Take sleep aids for the first couple days. You'll want to call it a wrap because first three days are the worst.

    After about a week you'll still be struggling but can exist in society again.

    After 3 weeks the physical addiction has lessened severely. Then its just not caving mentally.

    You’re able to smoke a few times without falling back into it???

    That’s crazy dude respect tho

    I quit in 2018 and then I 2019 took a couple hits off my friends vape and was right back in for 6 years

    Maybe I gotta do this s*** one substance at a time

    The thing is I would always have this plan “go one week without drinking, then quit weed for one week, then quit cigarettes”. But I kept relapsing to the point that I never got to the point of quitting cigarettes. I got so fed up I decided to quit everything at once because I didn’t know how else o would do it

    I don't even understand why folks smoke cigarettes atp! ZYN's taste good, are literally just pure nicotine salts, and you can get like 3mg ones that aren't even that crazy of a buzz. Also, they say Nicotine is actually good for your brain!

    I would say quit alchohol before even the cigs tbh.

    If its a problem, alchohol is the worst one for you. Then cigs, then weed.

    Weed isnt really physically that addictive. You will feel weird especially being a frequent smoker for a decade.

    Youre in for it brother but your life will be much better a year from now. But quitting all these things might be kind of a rough month or two

    But you dont have a job. This is the ti end to quit. Imagine trying to quit while on the job, id kill a. Coworker lol.

    Im going through my own thing with quitting nicotine. I quit alchohol kinda easy and weed sucked but it didnt put me through it like nicotine.

    Im not saying you cant speed run this process and quit all substances at once but f*** dude that first week youre gonna hate all the withdrawal.

    Tell your goals of quitting to family and friends for accountability.

    Find a suitable alternative. Like to quit soft drinks and juices I started drinking flavored sparkling water. Haven't drank coca cola in ages now.
