Between this, the tv show and 76 in general, the way this series became the thing it initially set out to make fun of inside a console generation is truly wild to me

i tried to not care for this but it absolutely kills me how far the series has been removed from the original spirit of the game

it made so much sense as a cool postmodern project but now that its getting milked by a conglomerate with absolute zero respect put towards the original it only hurts more to see where the original ended up

and whats worse is that people will go to the absolute lengths to argue with you about how its actually a very natural progression and there is nothing wrong and the two visions do not clash at all just because they love spending money on a product
