1. i don’t have a good answer, longest ive done is 48 hours
2. I have work off and absolutely nothing to do or any obligations so Im chilling. I plan to do veryyyy light weight workouts though and couple of walks spread throughout the day

I did 3 weeks. I wouldn't recommend it without supervision for that period of time.

for 3 weeks or 10 days? realistically might incorporate bone broth around day 5 if things go well

in terms of the physical, just wanting to switch into deep ketosis and kickstart autophagy. realistically might incorporate, i could do that in like 3 days, but i just want to test myself and stop craving bullshit.
i’ve been really good mentally recently and want to dive deeper into spending time exploring this side of myself and just strengthening myself
I did 72 recently, last day was tougher than I thought but also f***ed up by not getting enough sleep. Drink a f***ton of water and get your electrolytes. Honestly don’t think fasting is worth it unless you’re egregiously fat
